Butter chicken karahi

As mostly voted for Chattas which is located in Islamabad F10 so we went there for lunch. If you craving for some delectable aromatic for your taste buds you just visit Chattas, the most authentic cuisine in Islamabad. It provides you the best traditional spicy taste of pure Punjabi food. So the dish we tried there is Makhni Chicken Karahi which was cooked in garlic, green chillies and butter. That gave us complete traditional aroma of karahi and there special garlic naans were remarkable interms of its crispness. We tried the naan with there unique mint sauce and malai boti which was char grilled cream and natural herb, it was so soft that we easily chewed and swallowed it.

  So we planned to go for the most aromatic sizzling “Crown Crust Pizza” which was famously topped with hot garlic sauce which gives the distinguish taste with combination of black olives, fresh mozzarella cheese, roasted red peppers, jalapenos, mushrooms, pickles and yellow/green capsicums. The most worthy thing to mention of this pizza is that that the crust was filled with the grilled chicken cubes. So for chicken lovers it’s highly recommendable and a go to option always. This pizza was served to us by Cheezious Islamabad.

Went with friends for a fine dine so we went at F7 qishmich grill and we ordered stuffed chicken gola kabbab there. The overall ambiance was great. They were very soft and stuffed with huge cheese which made them delectable and pleased there taste. They were so appealing that hardly anyone could resist trying it there among of us. 

BEEF CALZONE

It was just simply tempting and delicious. The grounded beef was filled with 🧀 (cheese),  🍄(mushrooms), also it was served with cheese garlic bread 🥪 and special salad 🥗. The stirring grilled beef with stuff ingredients were so appealing and mouth watering that hardly anyone could resist tasting it. It’s an Italian cuisine and the dish is “Beef Calzone”. 

FOOD FEST: ISLAMABAD TASTE 2019

The Islamabad Taste proved to be a huge success in 2019 again as it was in last winters. Food festivals are wonderful opportunity to spend a day and experience something different every year. It was a delirious three day large scale food festival held at Jinnah Convention Center with free entry ticket for families at first day and 350 /- afterwards. I personally believe that there shouldn't be any entry ticket, but it was worth the price in comparison to amusement it offers.It was a prime platform for all well known restaurants, home cooks, street food and foodies along with concerts, fun activities, and diverse shows. 

Let's come to the core product of the event, the food. We tried Tawa Chicken of Mithas Deli, it was memerizing from every point, flavors to the point when it's finally on plate. It was so satisfying to watch it on that huge Tawa. Makhani Malai was too good that it forced

Green Chillies, spices were well balanced and it was too authentic to doubt a little. 9/10 in quality and as it concerns to quantity they really need to work on it. 1 small naan was not worth the price as it costed us 400 /- in total.

Dosa, Noor's Kitchen

The top crowded eatery was Noor's Kitchen at Islamabad Eat. Their was large queue for Dosa. It was 9/10, noor's kitchen offered something which nobody did. It was cuisne from entirely different side of the world. Lastly, we tried their Aloo Bukhara Chutney, which was 10/10 that wanted to them to deliver bottles at my home. Apart from that we tried Pappasalis Pizza 350 /- per slice, and Chowmein of Ginyaki which cost 200 /- and it was just ordinary.

The event offered many other fun and dance activities, cultural shows for children and singing competition for adults. Their was great artist line up to make people stay till end of the show. Jal The Band was enough to made them stay along with many amazing emerging bands which had their own level of synergy. I like the seating area for families at Islamabad Eat more than the Taste, the area was huge but their was not seating arrangements accordingly. From Asian food, Italian, Indian, to Japanese every cusinea was there. I suggest you must visit next time who didn't and that will be worth it.

Charcoal grilled burgers with melted cheese and obviously the most relish  meat with  thousand island sauce dropping from the burger. Just imagine as you grab that with both hands to bite the charcoal barbecue smoky smell and pickles. Gradients and flavours explodes in your mouth. The beef patties are grilled well done and perfectly. Every press on burger makes it more juicy and soft. Everyone living in the twin cities should must try this if they want a really good burger with reasonable price. The burgers of “Burger Fest’ lives up to expectations and is highly recommended for the people of twin cities.

CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE.

"Fudge cake" is also a term in the American South to refer to a dense, single-layer chocolate cake served with or without icing. It is similar to a brownie, although moister with more chocolate. It had been a fairly long time since I had a proper meetha and I was just on the verge of going crazy when I tasted the chocolate fudge cake of Sugar Street G14/4 Islamabad.They were moist, gooey and soft. There wasn’t any crunchy/crispy element, from any additions like walnuts or from the edges or a crackly top. With a reasonable amount of sweetness and extra richness from the scarcity of texture, its highly recommended for any dessert lover.                                                                                                

Mahodand Lake is a lake that is located in the upper valley at the distance of about 40km or 4 hour drive from Kalam, a district in Swat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. It is accessible by a 4x4 vehicle only due to the rocky and mountainous terrain. The roads may be rough but once arrived at the lake, it is worth the drive. Lush green carpet mountains and meadows surrounds the beautiful lake situated between them. The lake itself is fed by the melting glaciers and springs of Hindu Kush mountain. Two things are famous about the Mahodand Lake. Trout and grazing horses. It’s famous food is Trout which they catch right in front of you and grill it for you while you ride horses around the lake. There are also small boats that one can use to experience the lake. This lake is one of a gem of nature in Northern areas in Pakistan.

FOOD REVIEW: UPSCALE DINNER AT GINYAKI

After the hectic day at university we want something affordable and worth spending money on. Recently, we had dinner at Ginyaki, it’s a very solid Chinese restaurant in Islamabad.  We thought to give it a try as we don't have many Chinese food restaurants to cherish and hype of one of their relish dish in town. I found their food not very much exclusive but it gives you the very close vibe of Chinese flavors. We started off with Cherry Chilli Chicken Bomb and choose fried rice along , it was a symphony in the mouth but bit spicy for Chinese food. The star of the dish was chilli sauce, soft and moist texture of chicken  was what I prefer in chilli dry but it was a bit tender for me.

It does satisfy the appetite and fills you up with balanced proportion of rice and chicken bomb. There ambiance is pretty good and super comfy but service is not quite impressive as it was way to crowded and congested at lunch and dinner times so you better reserve the seats before diving in.

What I loved the most is how they edited their menu in Make Your Bowl Your Way and the way they're priced with in-depth guidance of each item, specially their Economy and Deluxe bowls in which you can choose what works best for you.
